Chiara Quintiliani
Nutritionist (biologist) · Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Nutrition
She develops personalised nutrition programmes by listening to each person’s habits, needs and goals. Her approach emphasises nutrition education and sustainable everyday choices to build a more mindful relationship with food.
She sees nutrition as part of healthy ageing, with a focus on metabolic and brain health. In this context, an anti-ageing approach means caring for health over time, not promising rejuvenation: diet, lifestyle and cognitive functions are closely connected areas of research.
At AudioClinique, she also offers nutritional support to people living with hearing loss and tinnitus, with Mediterranean-inspired eating plans that emphasise anti-inflammatory food choices, when appropriate and as part of multidisciplinary care.
