Advanced fitting and verification
Your hearing aid settings are tailored to your hearing and checked over time.
How it works
Fitting takes place in our immersive room: Yamaha loudspeakers reproduce everyday soundscapes, such as conversations, crowded settings and background noise.
As you listen, we adjust your hearing aids according to your hearing profile and feedback. We also use Revoloud to assess subjective loudness, meaning how intense sounds feel to you, and refine the settings. Real-ear measurements (REM) complete the verification of amplification in your ear.
Real-ear verification with the Natus system
REM stands for Real Ear Measurement: amplification is measured directly in your ear using our Natus system.
A thin probe tube is placed in the ear canal while you wear your hearing aid. We play test signals and measure the delivered sound, then compare the results with the prescribed targets for your hearing profile to refine the fitting.
Otoscan 3D
A digital scan captures the shape of your ear for custom solutions.
How it works
The laser scanner Natus Otoscan 3D captures the shape of the outer ear and ear canal, creating a three-dimensional digital model without impression material.
After checking the scan, we send the model to the laboratory to produce custom earpieces, ear protection and hearing aids. For very small devices, we always assess ear anatomy and hearing needs.
Revoloud
Measures how loud sounds feel to you and helps personalise fitting.

You listen to sound signals and indicate their perceived loudness; the professional uses the results to guide adjustments.

An additional tool in our diagnostic workflow: checks the eardrum and middle ear in seconds, without pressure changes.
What it is used for
It may help identify mucus or fluid behind the eardrum, middle-ear inflammation, eardrum stiffness or situations requiring further ENT assessment. It is particularly suitable for children and people who are sensitive to testing.
